To ensure the best quality, we do not accept returns for consumable merchandise. This includes Fragrances, Dyes, Room Spray Base, or Bath and Body Bases. This policy is for your benefit to ensure that you get a safe, sanitary and 100% un-altered product that has not been contaminated by any outside sources.
This form MUST BE USED for any and all merchandise that you wish to return to AAA Candle Supply, Inc for ANY REASON. Without this form accompanying the returned merchandise, the order will be rejected and sent back to you. Please fill in all the requested information and follow the procedures outlined below.
A note about damaged goods and returns:
Damage: Certain products are fragile and very temperature-sensitive. AAA Candle Supply, Inc endeavors to pack all of our products carefully in order to prevent breakage. Damage is usually caused by careless handling during shipping. We recommend that you check your order carefully upon receipt, especially if the package appears damaged externally. If your package or its contents are visibly damaged upon receipt notify the shipper immediately as you probably have a claim with them.
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with an item, excluding consumable goods listed above, simply return the item for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. There is a 25% restocking charge for any items that are returned later than 7 days or items that are returned in "non-new" condition. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 30 days of the original receipt. The procedures to return an item are:
